Please note that this will only be an approximation of the test as the actual tests are usually either given in person, or followed up with a personal meeting. What were your results? Write about how you now believe this might or might not affect how you work as an employee. Explain why.
What advantages may or may not come from establishing a formal mentoring program rather than allowing senior managers to decide how and whom to help? Explain your answer using your personal experiences or examples from current events.
Read through the “Experiencing HR” activity at the end of chapter 9 and answer the following questions:
