Discussion 1: Nutrient Timing and Recovery
What and how much an athlete eats is indeed important. However, “when” an athlete consumes food and nutrients can be very important as well. As it pertains to recovery from strength and power activities, what do you think is commonly misunderstood or overlooked by athletes? Please explain.
Will my research topic/question be best served by qualitative approaches? Why/why not?
